If you wish to stay at the hotel, you can reserve it from the Conference Registration page no later than August 21.

Notes:
1.Room rate is JPY14,700 per room, per night that includes breakfast, Japanese consumption tax and service charges.
2.Payment should be settled down upon your departure.
3.Cancellation fee will be imposed for one night unless you inform the hotel two days before your check-in date.
